Introduction to Eros
15 min Self-Guided Community Discussion
The Introduction to Eros course offers a transformative journey into the concepts, vocabulary, and mindset needed to experience life through the lens of Eros. Eros represents the essence of self-expression, self-possession, and living in a state of deep connection to yourself and the natural flow of life. Throughout the course, you will explore and redefine key ideas such as intimacy, connection, relating, the masculine and feminine, hunger, and more. You'll discover the importance of being deeply connected to your body and see how it serves as a trusted guide for navigating the world. Eros invites us to move beyond the rigid lines and boundaries imposed by the rational mind—divisions like good and evil, or us versus them—toward a more fluid, interconnected understanding of existence. By embracing Eros, you will step into a state of openness and curiosity about life’s unfolding mystery. Expect a mix of insights, reflections, and prompts designed to deepen your understanding. We encourage you to jot down any questions that arise during the course—ask the EROS AI bot or save them for future exploration as your understanding of Eros continues to expand. What’s Included in Introduction to Eros

New Concepts

These ideas have a way of flipping everything you thought you knew on its head, confirming what you may have sensed but is hard to define with words.

Every module includes videos to give you another perspective on the learnings and see someone’s unique perspective on the subject matter.

Ways to Engage

Question What You Learn

Try things out; test them. Don't take our word for it—research it for yourself to discover the validity. The wrestle itself is how you really get inside the material.

Keep a Journal

The things that stand out for you are a guidance of their own. We encourage you to take notes throughout your entire experience. Write down your questions, your observations, passages that catch your eye, realizations, and arguments. In working with Erotic material, your intuition will come alive and begin speaking to you. Taking notes and capturing what stands out for you is how you create a map for yourself of what your soul wants you to know, and of what you are remembering.

Try the Meditations & Exercises

These are designed to offer you a direct experience of the content, which might otherwise feel abstract. That being said, if a meditation or an exercise doesn't make sense to you, you can skip it until later, or try it and modify it. You can always approach the course at your own pace in your own way, and you do not have to be an expert or have any experience of meditation to get value from it.
